The AA has named Radford House Welsh Guest House of the Year.

Before opening in 2005, we spent four years carefully renovating this beautiful, grade II - listed, Georgian house. And when it comes to guests' comfort, we believe it's the extras in our rooms which make the difference - including fridges with fresh milk, fruit and bottled water, tea trays with an extensive range of teas and homemade biscuits, fresh flowers, robes and luxurious toiletries.

In the AA judges' own words: "it is fair to say that, at Radford House, everything has been thought of and there is absolutely no doubt that the difference is in the detail."

We are delighted and very proud of this award. It is very rewarding to have official recognition of the hard work we have put in to achieving our dream of running a guest house second to none.
